Tamara Tashna is an artist who sells fine art prints and offers wholesale accounts through tamaratashna.com. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Tamara Tashna. To reach us about this policy, use the contact form on this website.

Orders. When you buy a print, we collect your name, email address, phone number if provided, billing and shipping address, and the details of your order.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and any name you provide.

Forms. If you send a contact or wholesale inquiry, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, business name and message.

Website data. Like most websites, ours automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and referring site. We also see aggregated search data, such as which Google searches led people to the site, through Google Search Console.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help run the shop, and only as needed:

• Squarespace, which hosts the website, runs the store and sends our email campaigns

• Production and shipping providers, which receive your name and delivery address to make and deliver your order
• Google, through Search Console
• Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This website uses them to keep your cart and checkout working, remember your session, keep the site secure and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The shop may not work properly without the essential ones.

Newsletters are sent with Squarespace Email Campaigns. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time. Order and shipping emails are sent whether or not you subscribe.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. You also have the right not to be treated differently for using these rights.

California. You may ask what personal information we collected about you in the past 12 months, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information.

European Union and United Kingdom. We process your information to fulfil your order (contract), to run and secure the shop (legitimate interests), to meet legal obligations, and to send newsletters (consent). You can complain to your local data protection authority.

Canada. You may ask to see or correct your personal information and withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual limits.

To use any of these rights, contact us. We may need to confirm your identity first and will reply within the time the law requires.

Our service providers operate in several countries, including the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be processed there. Where required, our providers use approved safeguards for these transfers.

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Newsletter details stay until you unsubscribe. Messages from forms are kept as long as needed to answer you and manage the relationship.

The website uses HTTPS, and payments are handled by secure payment processors. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
